What are tokens?

Tokens are virtual credits used to generate AI content. Different features cost different amounts — for example, standard images cost 5 tokens, videos cost 150-300 tokens, and voiceovers cost 3+ tokens depending on length.

How do I get free tokens?

New users who verify their email receive 200 free welcome tokens. You also get 1 free AI Persona creation and 1 free Content Studio run. After that, you can purchase token packages starting from $1.99.

Do tokens expire?

No, tokens never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.

What currencies do you support?

We support USD, EUR, MXN, GBP, BRL, COP, CAD, AUD, and JPY. Select your preferred currency on the Tokens page before purchasing.

Can I get a refund?

Tokens are non-refundable once credited to your account. If you experience a technical issue that consumed tokens without delivering results, contact support and we'll investigate.

What AI models do you use?

We use POE API for image and video generation (13+ models), Cartesia Sonic 3 for voiceovers (100+ voices, 42 languages), and DeepSeek for AI copywriting in Content Studio.

Can I use generated content commercially?

Yes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Please review the AI model terms for specific commercial use guidelines.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to bottom → click "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your data. Alternatively, email support@aetherisai.app.

I didn't receive my verification email

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's not there, click "Resend Verification Email" on the dashboard. Still having issues? Contact support.
